Job Description

Duties

The primary function of this position is to assist the Human Resource Officer (HRO) in an administrative support role, with an emphasis on matters dealing with Americans. The incumbent will assist the human resource officer (HRO) with responsibilities the HRO uniquely performs him/herself.  This includes: US hire employee evaluation navigation and tracking, security clearances, bidding,  summer hires, orientation and on-boarding, training planning and approval, gratuities list, editing standard operating procedures (SOPS)  tracking taskers from the front office and Washington, organizing SharePoint, editing HR policies, and developing the duty roster. S/he ensures HR ensures regular and clear communication to the American community regarding human resources.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:  Three years of work experience in the customer service, education, business or government sector is required.

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE:  Must know how to produce documentation and presentation of analytics to the target audience. Must be proficient on the MS Suite of word and excel

 

Education Requirements:

Education Requirements:  Two-year university level degree is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE:  Mandatory:  English level IV speaking reading and writing is required

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Customer service, writing, research and analysis, critical thinking, organizational, and  interpersonal skills are required.  Ability to obtain a top-secret clearance.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
