Responsibilities
This a middle management level role which reports to the Human Resources Manager.
- The role coordinates and provides Human Resources support service in area of responsibility through the implementation of Human resources/ policies, practices, procedures, systems, and initiatives; whilst providing a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- The incumbent also acts as business unit partner and subject matter expect (SME), upskills and supports area managers in the delivering HR strategic objectives which drives enterprise transformation.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences or Equivalent
- 5 years post qualification experience
