Job Description
Source Cutting Works (Pty) Ltd is a newly established Diamond Manufacturing Company located in Molepolole. The company is looking fill the following vacant position which are tenable in its Molepolole Factory.
HR Manager will play a vital role in all aspects of employee lifecycle management, from attracting and on boarding top talent to ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. The Manager will be a champion for our employees. partnering with business managers/supervisors to foster a culture of engagement and development for optimal Diamond Production.
Kev Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection.
- Administration of employee benefits.
- Monthly payroll processing.
- Managing discipline, grievances and labour disputes.
Expatriates employee Immigration Permits management Managing HR records by ensuring accuracy of information.
- Updating and maintaining employee records in several systems/database
- Regular maintenance of H R Reporting with Management
& various Stakeholders
Experience & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in at least 1 HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
