Botswana Oil Limited (BOL) was established to achieve the Government’s economic objectives of ensuring the security of fuel supply, managing government strategic fuel reserves, and facilitating active citizen involvement in the petroleum industry. We are looking for outstanding and driven individuals to take up these exciting and challenging roles:

Reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer, the Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) is responsible for contributing to Botswana Oil’s performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on human capital and organisational development strategies in support of the business objectives.

      Position Requirements

      Education:       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational or Industrial Psychology or any other related field.Experience:     A minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience in a diverse human

      resource environment. Demonstrable work experience and knowledge of multiple human capital disciplines, organisational development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent management, leadership development, change management, employee engagement and employee experience.
