Key Responsibilities
Lead HSEQ governance, compliance and implementation of HSEQ strategies, policies. Drive risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations and root cause analysis. Lead HSEQ audits, inspections and compliance monitoring. Develop and deliver HSEQ training, induction and awareness programmes. Lead and develop the HSEQ team while managing integrity within Sky Bridge Logistics.

Supervise daily dispatch operations, coordinate delivery schedules and resources, ensure the delivery is executed safely, efficiently and on time. Monitor deliveries, resolve delays and manage operational exceptions. Ensure compliance with company transport regulations, HSEQ requirements and safety. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support cost control through effective route planning, fleet utilisation and resource management.

Keep the workshop moving. Bring into detail and administrative excellence to a critical supporting function for maintenance and operational readiness. Capture and update maintenance and repair information. Maintain vehicle records, job cards and maintenance schedules. Support parts, inventory and consumables administration. Complete workshop reports and other functions. Accurate and reliable record keeping.
