Job Description

Responsible for interpreting the Company’s Human Resources business requirements and providing HR technical advice to enable effective decision making for continuous business improvement and manage implementation of HR processes and activities.

  • Analyse and interpret HR data to ensure integrity
  • Carries periodic self-audits to ensure integrity of HR master data
  • Develop the resourcing plan and coordinate its implementation in liaison with Company leadership
  • Develop and optimise HR processes implementation throughout the Company
  • Supports the business to successfully deliver a credible customer focused, cost effective and innovative HR service.
  • Interpret HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure consistent of same and advise where necessary.
  • Identify demands in HR and shortcomings in information dissemination and other related systems and initiates recommendations to meet identified needs.
  • Applies Human Resources metrics to inform management’s decision making
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labour laws and regulations
  • Handle labour disputes
  • advises and assists management in identifying employee relations issues and determining appropriate course of action.
  • Coordinate and implement performance management system
  • Coordinate and implement human resource information system.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in HR/ related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years as an HR generalist with more focus on manpower planning, remuneration HRIS and performance management system.
  • Excellent communication skills
