HOSPITAL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Hospital & Healthcare Management) or any related field
⦁ A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Healthcare Quality Management
⦁ Having an Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
Job Purpose: Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling and directing technical training to meet the Hospital’s learning and development plan in line with the skills and competency requirements of the hospital.
Key Performance Areas:
⦁ Effective implementation of learning and development plans
⦁ Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirement
⦁ Establish the impact of learning and development on employee performance
