Job Description

Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, the Headmaster oversees formulation and execution of Flamingo International School’s strategy and monitoring compliance to operational, and education standards both at PSLE and IGCSE. The headmaster is responsible for laying down the policies and rules of admission for students and ensure smooth running of the institutions. Requirements: You will have a Degree in Education/Master’s in Educational Management or equivalent from a recognized professional institution. You will have at least 8 years’ post qualification experience of which 5 years would have been gained at a senior management level within a successful school environment. You will have all-round leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiating skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and Business Partners and influence decision making at the highest level.
