Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
a) A minimum of a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Policing or any other related field.
b) A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience, five (5) years of which should have been at middle management level, Higher Education experience will be an added advantage.
c) Extensive experience in security management, with a proven track record of leadership.
d) Deep understanding and knowledge of security laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
e) Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
f) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
g) Proficiency in security technology and systems.
