REPORTS TO: General Manager – Information Systems
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
Provide IT Infrastructure inputs to the creation and maintenance of the BTC business
strategy.
• Manage all IT Infrastructure operations and end-to-end IT Infrastructure processes.
• Plan and manage IT Infrastructure business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Drive and inform the IT Infrastructure Road map and architecture in consultation
with IT Architect.
• Provide operational management of all Infrastructure systems, coordinating the
work of external and internal suppliers to ensure that targets for service quality and
reliability are met.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent qualification.
EXPERIENCE
Eight (8) years’ professional experience, three (3) years of which should be in the IT
Infrastructure management field.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP/CERTIFICATION
ITIL Intermediate or equivalent
Membership of a relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
