Job Summary

GIPS urgently needs a Head of Academics. The candidate must hold a Master’s degree, a PhD or evidence of ongoing PhD studies. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of international educational conferences and provide evidence of participation in and, presentation at reputable international conferences, demonstrate sound knowledge and proven experience in research and, including the ability to contribute to research initiatives, programme design, and academic quality improvement. A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within an educational institution is required. Previous managerial experience will be considered an added advantage. The successful candidate must also have BQA accreditation as an Assessor.

Requirements
