Job Description
A Pedro’s grill cook is responsible for cooking and/or preparing foods that are served in the restaurant. Prepare meals accordance with customer specifications within a specified time, Assist in maintaining inventory by tracking labelling, and replacing key ingredients, Braise and grill meat with high degree of skill.
Position Requirements
- BGCSE Certificate
- Prior work experience as a Griller or a similar position in restaurant/fast food industry will be an added advantage
- Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines
