Job Description
To support the procurement team in their day-to-day operations, this opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate seeking to gain practical experience in procurement and supply chain functions within the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Support purchase order creation and tracking
- Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation
- Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring
- Support inventory and stock management processes
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or CIPS Level 4 qualification
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
