Lion Park Resort:
Now hiring for the Position of General Manager (3 year fixed term contract)
Lion Park Resort, a leading Family Entertainment Centre, is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager. This high-impact role reports directly to the Board of Directors and is key to driving our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer retention and market share growth.
• Ensure alignment of business processes for optimum customer satisfaction.
• Spearhead employee development initiatives for high performance.
• Oversee strategic recruitment and retention plans.
• Innovate and implement new services and products to boost financial performance.
• Lead marketing initiatives to elevate the Lion Park Resorts brand.
• Maintain a safe, user-friendly environment for both staff and visitors.
Experience:
• At least 10 years of management experience in the FEC industry.
• Experienced in the maintenance of amusement park devices
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM F24 standards
• Experienced in the operation of amusement and waterparks
Qualifications & minimum requirements:
• A Diploma in Business Management, NCQF7, or an equivalent qualification.
• Computer literacy.
• A strong understanding of international best practices in the FEC industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to challenges.
