Job Description

Afro Ventures Botswana (Pty) Ltd T/A andBeyond requires a capable, stable, and energetic General Manager for an upmarket lodge, with a proven ability to work as part of a team, and who has a passion for hospitality, people, and the bush.
The successful candidate will be based in the Delta. Duties include overall management and coordination of several business units and their respective managers, covering the areas of human resources, guest feedback, day-to-day planning and logistics, oversight of maintenance, and the roll-out of regional initiatives. The successful candidate will have a diploma or tertiary qualification in hospitality or other business qualifications as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in a 5-star establishment in a similar role, including strong communication, people management, and hospitality skills.
