Overview:

The General Hands/Assistants will provide general support in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workshop and construction site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers with daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Handle materials and equipment safely.
• Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and assembling.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• No formal qualification required, but experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.
• Reliable and hardworking individual.
