Job Description

Fairheads (Pty) Ltd is a newly established Retirement Fund Administration Entity in Botswana and seeks to employ individuals passionate about providing exceptional service in the following positions;

  • FUND CONSULTANT

Requirements:
• Business related degree.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement Funds.
• At least 5 years’ expenence at a pension administration and consultancy environment, of which at least 2 years should have been at supervisory level.

Assigned Responsibilities includes:
• Provision of ongoing consultancy services to pension funds, and to implement the strategic business growth and retention strategy of the organisation.
• Provision of ongoing advice to clients on compliance issues, legislative requirements, general pension fund provisions and other technical services to Boards of Trustees, members and other stakeholders.
• Liaison person between the organization and the clients.
• Implementation of the client retention strategy.
• Ensuring that business deliverables meet and exceed service standards in line with Service Level Contracts.
• Ensure that retirement funds are set and designed according to their agreed upon strategies, objectives, risks, and policies.
• Ensure that retirement funds operate in accordance with regulations outlined by regulatory authorities NBFIRA. BURS. BAOA and FIA.
