Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer as the face of the Fund represents the first point of contact for customers, welcoming, assisting with queries and processes, and directing them accordingly to the relevant office and or person.

The position answers customer questions, offers customer support, guides and advises customers.

Experience

  • A minimum of zero to two (0-2) years’ experience in customer service.
  • Experience in the private healthcare customer service field would be an added advantage

Education

  • A Diploma in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related fields.
