Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Carry harvested fruit to designated areas for processing or packaging.
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any injuries, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties related to the harvest as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Above the age of 18
• Ability to work long hours during peak harvesting periods, including weekends.
• Strong physical fitness to handle manual labour.
• Forklift drivers must have a certification and a valid forklift license.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality harvest.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
