Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new construction & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial. The company invites suitable candidates for the following positions:

Food Retail Group Manager (1 No. post) Summary of duties:

•Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the food retail group, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
•Oversee inventory management, ordering, and restocking processes to maintain optimal product availability.
•Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets.
•Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
•Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

•An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in retail management or retail merchandising and management.

Other skills & attributes:

•Knowledge of retail management best practices.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilitie
•Excellent organizing and leadership skills.

Experience:

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar position.
