Job Description
Sedia Hotel Proprietary Limited is currently seeking qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable candidates to join our team for the following position.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER: (1 POSITION)
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have ten (10) or more years of experience in the field of Hotel Catering Management and must have a minimum of a Diploma in Food & Beverage Operations Management or its equivalent. The candidate must possess skills of the following;
⦁ Leadership and Management.
⦁ Stock control and food costing.
⦁ Knowledge of Health & Safety management, and food hygiene.
⦁ Must be well vested in people management insuring that the morale of staff is kept at a higher level.
