Job Description

FINANCE MANAGER (1 Position)
NCI Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a Fuel Wholesale and Distribution Company based in Gaborone Botswana with a branch in Kasane.
We are looking for an ambitious, fully qualified Finance Manager to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting, administration, HR, and operational tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of your day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

Requirements:

⦁ Proven experience in finance, accounting, and internal auditing in a commercial environment.
⦁ At least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
⦁ Good understanding of accounting/taxation and financial reporting principles and practices.
⦁ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Quick Books Premier Accountant Edition 2020, and familiarity with Pastel Evolution Accounting software.
⦁ Experience in introducing ERP Systems and training Staff on their use.
⦁ Qualifications – Full qualification in ACCA/CIMA and IT-related field.
⦁ Member in Good Standing at BICA.
Remuneration: The total remuneration package will be in line with the current market rates
