Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory obligations.
Monitor expenditure, project costs and financial performance.
Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
Oversee financial records, reconciliations and internal controls.
Support audits and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional qualification or membership with ACMA/CIMA or BICA.
6-10 years of relevant work experience, including at least the last 2 years in a Finance Manager position or an equivalent role.
