Key Responsibilities
- Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Ability to effectively teach and facilitate learning at undergraduate level.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and support students in their academic development.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging course content in both physical and online learning environments.
- Strong practical and laboratory skills, including the ability to guide students during engineering laboratory sessions.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate student projects, internships, and industry-based learning activities.
- Ability to liaise effectively with relevant industry partners and professional institutions.
- Good research, analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- Ability to contribute to research activities, publications, and funded research projects.
- Excellent digital literacy and ability to fully navigate online learning platforms and other educational technologies.
- Ability to maintain accurate student academic records and undertake day-to-day academic and administrative responsibilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in teaching and delivering undergraduate courses in areas such as electrical circuits, electronics, electrical machines, control systems, power systems, digital electronics, telecommunications, or related areas.
- Experience in curriculum and course development will be an added advantage.
- Evidence of research, scholarly publications, conference presentations, or participation in research projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring undergraduate students, including student projects and internships.
- Strong knowledge of practical laboratory-based teaching and the ability to integrate theoretical concepts with practical applications.
- Familiarity with digital teaching, learning, simulation, and engineering software/tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills with a good command of English.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.
