Job Description
Source Cutting Works (Pty) Ltd is a newly established Diamond Manufacturing Company located in Molepolole. The company is looking fill the following vacant position which are tenable in its Molepolole Factory.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy training to local staff on all fancy polish cut.
Ensure standard operating procedures and quality controls.
Assess output production meet required standards.
- Take corrective actions for Quality Control Measures to meet set polish standards.
Check parameters of polish and ensures that product specifications are met in all areas.
Train to maximise the value vs outcome on polish.
- Train & instruct polishers and achieve significant improvements in productivity.
Experience & Requirements
- BGCSE or JC, Prospective candidates should be highly numerate
5-8 years’ Experience in Rough to Polish of All Fancy Shape & Cuts of EX, VG & G cuts of (Hearts, Cushion, Marquis, Emerald, Pear, Brilliant, Oval, Princess & Radiant .etc)
- 5-8 years’ Experience in a Trainer/Supervisory role
within Fancy Full Diamond Polish
- Experience in polishing All Fancy Modified Shapes & Recuts.
Understand Principles of Basic Quality Control
- Strong Trainers Management & leadership skills
- Effective Communication (Basic Verbal & Written
English)
