Job Description
Pluczenik Botswana (PTY) Ltd is a De Beers Sight Holder; a Diamond Cutting and Polishing Company which seeks to recruit experienced candidates to join our workforce for the following positions:
EXPERIENCED FANCY DIAMOND SUPERVISOR
Minimum Requirements
⦁ knowledge in all of major fancy shapes like XXX Pear, Marquess, Oval, Heart, Princess, radiant .Emeralds and Assar
⦁ Highly experienced in Diamond cutting, shaping, polishing and inspection.
⦁ Profound knowledge of workflow and processes of polishing diamonds and managing and training a group of trainees
⦁ High accuracy and consistency on decision making
⦁ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Fancy Section
