ARONA NATURAL FOODS, (PTY) Ltd is a 100% citizen owned Botswana Manufacturer of Sunflower Cooking Oil and produces Bread and Confectionaries for international franchises. We are looking for suitably qualified, dynamic individuals to join our team for the roles of:
FACTORY MANAGER
The incumbent will be responsible for the following Key Performance Areas:
The Factory Manager is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of plants, ensuring compliance at all levels; Manage and own the entire production process; Coordinate, and plan daily activities of Plants, including production schedules; Develop, review and implement production’s strategy, policies, procedures and goals and ensure compliance; Target appropriate customer groups and to ensure successful introduction of new products; Contribute to production planning and cost effective budgeting; Lead and monitor product quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction; Maintain a safe production environment; Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree in Applied Sciences; Chemistry, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration related filed. Strong organizational and managerial skills.
At least 10 years’relevant post qualification experience in a similar business food manufacturing environment.
