Job Description

Qorokwe (Pty) Ltd requires a highly creative, energetic, and experienced Executive Chef with a passion for food and a proven reputation for excellence.

Minimum tertiary qualifications

Certificate/Diploma and at least 6 years’ experience in food and beverage. Very strong administrative, management, computer, communication and organisational skills essential.
Applicants must also be able to prove skills in menu planning and budgeting, stock control, kitchen management and operations, food presentation, staff management and guest communications. A strong health and safety background is a must.
The position is available immediately and is bush based.
