Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

1. A Higher diploma in culinary arts
2. years experience in at least 3-star hotel
3. Must have all round knowledge of food preparation
4. Must have knowledge of cost control
5. Must have good management skills
6. Must have good communication skills

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assume full responsibility of the kitchen
2. Maintain the highest level of standards in the preparation of food items
3. Plan menus, costing, training.
4. Be aware of all health and safety procedures
5. Must know all equipment within the kitchen, ensure service and cleanliness.
