Job Description

Bango Trading (Pty) is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new constructions & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial urgently requires the services of the following personnel for the various road building contracts in Botswana:

Earthworks Foreman – Project based (Gumare)

The Individual must possess the following:

⦁ Minimum Diploma in Highway Engineering
⦁ 10 Years Minimum verifiable experience in road building
which must include;
Borrow pit Management
Load & Haul
Haul Road Maintenance
Layer works
Insitu – Cold Recycling
Labour Management
Excellent knowledge in Plant maintenance
⦁ Implement and Maintain Cost effective and productive methods
⦁ Focus on continuous improvement
⦁ Strong Communication and Presentation skills
⦁ Very good planning and estimating skills
⦁ Hold a valid Driver’s License
The individual must be driven, cost conscious and committed to working safely. Must possess excellent knowledge of all activities relating to Road Building and a strong desire to cross train will be required. The position is site based.
