DIVISION HEAD: TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE
This opportunity will be of interest to an experienced road, bridges, and related civil works Engineer with a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant post-graduate experience. The incumbent should be a registered professional engineer with ERB and capable of motivating and directing high-performance teams of technical specialists to meet tight deadlines with designs that conform to rigorous internationally accepted standards.
DutiesÂ
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of business opportunities in the sector, preparation of detailed proposals, as well as design and construction management of transportation and infrastructure projects in Botswana and Africa.
The incumbent, working closely with the Executive Director of Engineering Services will assist with strategic project implementation, tender submission, compliance with quality objectives, risk assessments and budget projections. Dealing with multiple stakeholders, delivering to deadlines and solving complex problems. The successful incumbent may serve as a Technical Specialist, Project Leader or Senior Engineer for the company.
