Director of Human Capital – Bank of Botswana

Job Description

The Director, Human Capital reports directly to the Deputy Governor and is responsible for providing efficient and effective human capital strategic direction initiatives, driving excellence and execution of the human capital strategy.

The incumbent will work collaboratively with both key internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will proactively develop and promote an enabling work environment to foster a high-performance work culture, as well as attract and retain a highly effective and skilled workforce throughout the organisation.
