Dharm Cutting Works Pty Ltd, one of the fastest growing Diamond Cutting and polishing Company seeks to employ suitable candidates in the following positions, tenable in Gaborone

Diamond Polishing Trainers x 5

They will be assigned to take charge of training in all activities pertaining to diamonds training:
• All polishing activities, procedures and tools
• Training and controlling of all polishers.
• Training and controlling of all polishing support staff.
• Supervising the polishing training staff and ensure transfer of knowledge and skill.
• Achieving and sustaining of the output (production) targets.
• Achieving and sustaining the quality targets as set by the Management.
• Polished diamonds final assessment.
