A diamond cutting and polishing company is seeking the services of the following position:
• Factory Manager (I Post)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Business Management, Commerce or related field

Requirements
• A minimum of 22 years of experience in diamond cutting and Dulami Botswanaolishing industry, 20 years of which should be spent in management eve I
• Must be conversant with rough & polished diamonds import/export requirements
• Must have a good knowledge of diamond cutting and polishing processes
• Overseeing budgets and the whole operation
• Knowledgeable with Fantasy system and production stock reporting
• Performing general administrative responsibilities to guarantee the factories compliance with company policies and procedures
