Are you a dynamic, high-energy educator with a passion for leadership? John Mackenzie School in Francistown is seeking a dedicated Deputy Principal to join our vibrant team.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Principal is responsible for supporting the Principal in the leadership, management, and operation of the school. This includes overseeing daily school activities, supporting teachers and staff, timetabling, managing student welfare, and contributing to the development and implementation of the school’s

educational strategies. The Deputy Principal will foster a positive school culture, ensuring that students are provided with a safe, supportive, and enriching environment.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of current educational trends, curriculum innovations, and implementation of the Cambridge
• The ability to teach a Std 7 class following the Cambridge International

Additional Information:

• The Deputy Principal is expected to actively contribute to the school’s ethos, mission, and vision and play an integral role in creating a positive learning environment for students and staff
