Position: CTM Botswana Webstore Manager
Purpose
The main purpose of the CTM Botswana Webstore Manager is to drive revenue and profit growth for the CTM Botswana Webstore.
You will be responsible for both hands-on operations, closing sales and assisting customers over the phone, face to face,
on WhatsApp and via any communication channel that the customer wishes.
You will be the custodian of the CTM Botswana Website, ensuring it is visually appealing and easy for potential customers
to navigate and engage with products. You will work closely with the South Africa Webstore team to ensure Botswana promotions
are executed effectively online.
You will localize the website to the Botswana market and ensure content and banners are relevant to local customers.
You will also work closely with Group eCommerce and marketing teams to grow the online visitor base and monitor key performance indicators.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in online web-store management
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce industry and best practices
- Proven experience increasing online sales
- Proficiency in eCommerce tools and web-store management systems
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to webstore operations
