The Gambling Authority was established as a gambling regulator by the Government of Botswana through the Gambling Act, 2012. The Authority has the following vacancies and is seeking dynamic ‘A’ player talent mentors with great leadership skills to join an organization that will be at the cutting edge of an exhilarating and evolving gaming industry.

COUNSELLING AGENT ×2

Reporting to the Responsible Gambling Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to offer telephonic support, as well as digital support to customers regarding their complaints and issues pertaining to treatment services. The counseling agent will in turn be expected to analyze and collate trends to assist in the development of Responsible Gambling initiatives and programmes.

We require a minimum Degree in Counselling, Public Health, Social Work, Public Education, or any other relevant field with 3years years’ experience. Graduates with no work experience are encouraged to apply for this position.
