We are looking for qualiffed, competent, ambitious, passionate and hardworking individuals to join our team for the below post;

PLANNING, MONITORING, REPORTING AND EVALUATION COORDINATOR

(The position is for 1 year)

Responsibilities

  • Work with and support the Project Director and Coordinators in the process of development of project monitoring tools.
  • Manage the processes of collection, collation and analysis of all project indicator data and generate periodic reports of analysis conducted.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of the monitoring and evaluation plan.
  • Support data components during project trainings
  • Coordination of all the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and reporting officers in all the projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have at least a Degree in Biostatistics/ Population Studies/ Health Sciences or Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • A Master’s Degree in any of the above will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in different software and statistical packages such as EPI INFO, STATA, SPSS is an added advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in DHIS2 and ODK
  • At least 8 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in supporting health-related data management with international or multilateral partners, with practical experience in managing data collection, analysis, report writing and dissemination processes.
  • Experience in IDS data management and health-related research/data collection and methodologies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong experience in managing M&E processes in a demanding environment.
  • Experience with PEPFAR or CDC funded projects is an added advantage.
