VACANCY
Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new construction & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial.

The company invites suitable candidates for the following positions:

•  Contracts Manager – Project based (Botswana and Namibia) (1No. post)

• Completion of tasks in time
• Attention to detail oriented.

Summary of duties:
• Applying principles for monitoring and controlling minor and major activities
• Detailed project planning plus cashflow projections
• Manage Project Managers, Site Agents and their teams.
• Set objectives together with site teams and ensure they are exceeded.
• Ensure optional resource allocation and management.
• Resolve contractual matters with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project closure and handover.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid ERB and practicing certificate.

Experience:
• Minimum 15 years’ experience of which 10 years as a Contracts Manager on roads and civil construction related projects.

Others:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge in FIDC (Red Blook, Green Book & Silver Book) based contracts.
• Treaceble reference of previous employers.
