VACANCY

Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new construction & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial.

The company invites suitable candidates for the following positions:

•  Contracts Engineer (1 No. post)

Summary of duties:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract requirements and mitigate risks.
• Conducting thorough contract analysis and providing recommendations to the Managing Director.
• Managing contractchangeprocessesand maintaining accurate documentation.
• Keeping abreast of industry regulations and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• The applicant shall be a “registered Engineer” with ERB or relevant authority in his/her country with valid practicing certificate.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and contract law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience on roads and civil construction related projects.
