Contact Care Agent *6  (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

The successful candidate will be responsible for management of customer calls, outbound calls, and accurate, timely reporting and Ml.

The Role includes:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives for maintaining strong relationships Manage incoming customer calls from customers relating to problems and enquiries on all services offered by the bank.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to follow-up on escalated queries.
  • Perform regular checks on systems and work closely with O & M to ensure 100% adherence to policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Co-ordinate training for Customer Care team on all systems, new products, and services.
  • Manage adherence to customer authentication processes.
  • Escalate fraudulent activities or suspected fraud for further investigation.
  • Build professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to communicate at all levels.

Business Banking Relationship Manager – Business Banking

The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact with high level executives. He/She should have a consistent track record of business performance. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross- organizationally to build collaboration. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and determination is a must.

Your responsibilities will include drivinq the day-to-day interactions with clients in order to build long-term business relationships. You’ll also work closely with internal stakeholders/teams to maximize product penetration and cross selling by undertaking joint customer visits in order to support overall selling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers as well as develop new relationships that guarantee a portfolio of Corporate customers.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to grow the portfolio.
  • Develop a close working relationship with all departments including product partners in order to contribute to cross selling opportunities
  • Conduct analysis on client’s financial health and needs on regular basis to identify lending, selling and cross selling opportunities
  • Effectively and proactively manage the cost of funds by mobilizing deposits from clients as well as develop and implement initiatives that bring down the cost of doing business within the department.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of the clients’ profitability and ensure compliance to Bank’s risk policy.

Key requirements for this role

  • A good first degree in any business discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage Professional Membership of a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
  • High level of personal integrity, proven dedication to excellence, leadership qualities and a flexible, creative, innovative personality
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales field
  • Good knowledge of FX. Cash management & Trade products
  • Ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships
  • Sound corporate credit knowledge, including understanding of financial analysis, credit and risk
  • Sales Acumen for bank products
  • Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
  • C-level cf engagement and communication skills
