Compliance Manager:
1. Graduate degree in Law or Accountancy.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in matters related to KYC, AML, ISOM.
Key Responsibilities
a. Dealing and being the point of contact for regulators
b. Conducting compliance risk assessments and developing a risk management system.
c. Actively monitoring the company’s compliance system
d. Ensuring compliance with AML/CFT laws.
e. Carry out compliance training and awareness as necessary
f. Overseeing the implementation of ethics, conduct and relevant corporate governance requirements
