Job Description
Main Purpose: Ensures that the Hospital complies with all relevant legislation. Provide company secretarial services and act as a Secretary to the Board of Directors. Ensure that Board meetings are scheduled, appropriately recorded and outcomes are actioned accordingly. Manage all aspects of risk within the Hospital, employees, clients, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders.
Education & Professional Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- LLM or any Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.
- A member in good standing with Law Society of Botswana
- Admission to practice as an Attorney in Botswana.
Experience
At least eight (8) years post qualification experience, five (5) of which should have been at a management level, preferably in a corporate environment.
