Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing subcontractor tenders, managing contract variations, and tracking project costs against budgets.
  • Liaising with site engineers and clients on payment certifications.
  • Preparing monthly commercial reports for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Botswana Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) guidelines on government-funded infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in General work experience, 5 years in Similar position.
  • Primary Degree: B.Sc or B.Tech in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
  • Post-Graduate: A Diploma in Construction Law is an added advantage.
  • Professional Registration: QSRC, ERB or equivalent is Required.
