Location: Botswana Ash Plant, Botswana

Overview:
Seeking experienced Civil Work Supervisors to oversee construction and maintenance activities during the plant shutdown.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise civil construction and maintenance projects.

-Ensure work is completed safely and according to specifications.

-Coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

-Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements and Skills:

-Certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Supervision.

-Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in civil construction.

-Strong leadership and communication skills.

-Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
