Job Description

Cheetah Cement Botswana (PTY) LTD requires a Chef with ample experience in cooking Chinese cuisine.

EDUCATION:

• Certificate in Chinese cook proficiency level 3
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in cooking Chinese dishes, and controlling food and labour cost, demonstration cooking

JOB DESCRIPTION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Take responsibility and accountability for the overall food cost kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils
• Deep knowledqe of every aspect of Chinese dishes
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness for all responsible kitchens to maintain high standards of food security
• Constantly improve quality of food served to ensure guest satisfaction, to be the best in the industry
