JOB TITLE: CHIEF TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – [ONE (1) POST]
REQUIREMENTS: Master in Business Management, Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications plus professional certification; Advanced Cisco Router Configuration, Cisco Works, HP Open View Node Manager, SUN Solaris System Administration, Designing Internet Service Provider Network-Cisco Systems. Project Management in Telecommunications plus Master in Business Management (MBA) will be an added advantage. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: Business Development Strategy, Ruckus, AVAYA, Cisco, Active Track Security Systems, Fortinet, Cybersecurity and Data Centres.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 15 years in ICT,Telecommunications industry, Security, Mining and Banking environments of which 5 years should be at senior management level.
KEY PERFORMAMNCE AREAS:
- Efficient delivery of customer requirements and services
- Develop and establish a state of the art Centralised Real-time Command Centre
- Design of winning bids and technical solutions for Corporate clients
- Create new business markets and client portfolio

- Present technical solutions to prospective customers
- Customer Relationship Management
- Servicing and retaining the existing customers
- Research and development of new product portfolio
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Global sourcing and procurement

- Manage and coordinate projects and project teams
- Contract negotiations and management
- Managing Service Level Agreements – SLAs
- Coaching and mentoring subordinate staff
