Job Summary

Vacancies exist for the following position at Safety Supplies Company Ltd A frontline manufacturer of PPE and safety products in Botswana.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all day-to-day financial operations of the Company.
• Manage the staff allocated for the Finance Department of the Company.
• Manage the cash flow and forecast of cash flow on a long term basis for the Company.
• Provide advice and guidance to the Board of Directors in respect of all financial matters.
• Submit regular management and financial reports to the board.
• Ensure full financial compliance is met with all BURS requirements and laws of Botswana.
• Undertake prudent management of financial resources and recommend remedial action where required promptly.
• Responsible for the overall control, direction, and smooth functioning of the financial affairs of this company and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified Chartered or CIMA accountant.
• Should be a member of BICA.
• In addition, any other business-related and IT qualifications would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years as a Chief Financial Officer or Senior Finance Manager preferably in a manufacturing, Wholesale and retail environment with exposure to the following areas.
