The Centre invites compassionate and experienced self-driven Citizens of Botswana to apply for the post of Centre Coordinator to lead the operations, ensure resident well-being and foster a positive community environment. The post is tenable at Lephoi Centre in Francistown.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, Direct and supervise all functions of the Centre.
- Supervise the implementation of the Centre’s Strategy for the successful operation of the Centre.
- Facilitate the Induction and orientation of both the staff and children in the Centre.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements with key stakeholders.
- Monitor the prudent utilization of resources in the Centre.
- Oversee and manage daily hostel operations and staff management.
- Develop and implement programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Maintain a high level of discipline for both the staff and children.
- Facilitate strategies for resource mobilization for the Centre’s growth.
- Ensure a safe, accessible, and supportive environment for residents.
- Produce reports regularly as may be required by the Board of Governors and the Ministry.
- Facilitate the recruitment and training of staff in the Centre.
- Maintain high standards on cleanliness, safety and accessibility throughout the facility.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required by the employer.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or Health Sciences.
- A minimum of twelve years’ relevant experience of which 2 years should have been at management level in a similar environment.
- Working with Children with disabilities especially those with Visual Impairment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must not be more than sixty (60) years.
Salary
P209,164.00 to P217,200.00 per annum
