Job Description
Serve customers and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere. They are to work full and part -time hours during all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Create a strong sense of team work and cooperate among all staff.
- Manage payment transactions with customers using cash or credit.
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
Position Requirements
- Must be Form 3 and 5 Academic Holder
Experience as Cashier/Coordinator will be added advantage
- Minimum Age of 25 years
- Advanced customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience dealing with difficult customers
